Thanks Lurch, my bottle has arrived safely. Really nice construction.

Just need to cobble up a Swiss Army Ranger (volcano) stove arrangement now.

For those wanting a mug to nest with it I can now confirm the 500cc Tatonka Handle mug fits perfectly (Tamarack sell them for £7-50).
