Does anyone remember the name of the little plastic thingies that you can clip to a tarp to use as an attachment point (ie for a guy line)???

Ive seen them before somewhere but cant remember where.
Oh, and I know you can use a round stone but I'm looking for something a little more permanent.

"Clingons" You can see them on the Ray Mears site although you can get them direct...
 
I like to make my own.

What ever you do don't use the clingons on the unreinforced part of your tarp, I did this and with hardly any pressure on the guy line the clingon flew off taking a big chunk of the tarp with it. My own stupid fault but I didn't realise it would happen.
Just a warning or heads up as you will!!
 
It was a DD 3m x 3m tarp, I attached it to the centre of the tarp because there are no loops. Big, Big mistake on my part!!:rolleyes:
