I’ve seen some plastic crates on AliExpress that have side opening as well as the top.

200w I think - I will check mine - I'm sure alot vary according to size and make but I think mine is 250mini one - sold for students so single sized meals. What wattage is a rice cooker? I use an Anker Solix in my car camper that provides 300w via a socket. My car shuts the power off to the 12v system after 5 minutes.
My advice (having done a fair bit of vehicle camping - even using the old 24v boiling vessels in MBTs) is not to use mains kit if there is DC stuff available. A 100Ah fully charged battery will not run mains cooking kit for long. There are 12v rice cookers available for about £25 that are 100w without the losses in the power conversion.
I have a 1kw inverter permanently wired into my truck but it's only used in emergencies.
I would also advise a split charge system with a separate battery. There's nothing worse than that solenoid 'click' when you're trying to start the engine in the middle of nowhere (don't ask me how I know)
Do you have link to hand or the correct search term please?
What else is 'worth' considering from the 12V angle? Meaning - I know they do kettles or elements that claim to heat water to Hot.. However with the items I've used ( I may have just have been cheap ) do struggle for the Hot and seem to settle at the Tepid mark.
So anything else you considering worth looking at ?
