Still waiting on my copy coming, But sometimes in the first few pages of books along with the copyright info etc there is a note about the cover picture and location.
Not every book has it of course, but worth a look

The background is in Sweden and shot sometime in April. The tent is in a studio in Camden and was shot in February. Maybe.
