Here's my latest bushcraft knife.

Satin finish carbon-steel blade with a convex grind (58 Rockwell). Blade length is 11.7cm.

The handle is Brazilian rosewood and contoured for my hand. Danish oil finish.

I am really pleased with it.

Thanks. the Brazilian rosewood is absolutely beautiful. The Danish oil has broughtbout the grain too.

It is certainly worth doing. Go to an expert though. Someone who has worked metal all their lives.

Thanks. It is chunky but has lovely balance and feels really secure in the hand.
