Here's my latest bushcraft knife.

Satin finish carbon-steel blade with a convex grind (58 Rockwell). Blade length is 11.7cm.

The handle is Brazilian rosewood and contoured for my hand. Danish oil finish.

I am really pleased with it.

That is a very handsome knife. I like it a lot!

Thanks. the Brazilian rosewood is absolutely beautiful. The Danish oil has broughtbout the grain too.

Good work there; nothing like a bit of tailor made gear :)

Thanks. I am really pleased with the result.

Nice work. I have never made a knife. Something to learn in the new year.

It is certainly worth doing. Go to an expert though. Someone who has worked metal all their lives.

Nice looking knife, great work.

Thanks. It is chunky but has lovely balance and feels really secure in the hand.

That's come out really bonny, you must be chuffed with that. Looks like it will sit well in the hand.
