Hi People, looks like it's been a busy weekend all around the country, anyway here is my offering of our own little soiree. We were blessed with great weather again and were grateful for the woodland shade. Mr Webster soon announced that he wanted to create a roast dinner on Sunday, entirely on an open fire. Which he achieved with aplomb! Roast pork, with crackling! Roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips and gravy which was delicious!
On Saturday we bimbled around camp and various carving projects were started, Alison was making a love spoon for her mother. On Sunday we left the Webster slaving over a hot fire and I took the crazy Scotsman on a tour of some of my childhood haunts. Which was great fun if I could of only understood what he was saying.
Monday morning we all woke up bright and breezy and everyone in camp decided they wanted the old grey haired tour guide to show them some local sights of interest. Which I did my best to fulfill, as hopefully the pictures show.
Hope you enjoy the pics, as usual all comments and abuse welcome.
Regards
Ivan...

Lee had a gaseous exchange with the atmosphere whilst sat too close to the fire pit.

Alisons spoon coming along nicely

A visit with Steve to a childhood playground of mine...

Feeding time at the zoo, see a pattern forming?

The usual suspects

On a trip out to the Great Plantation we found this local troll in his house.
