Come along to the amazing Summer Moot (21st July - 2nd August), a festival of bushcrafting and camping in a beautiful woodland PLEASE CLICK HERE for more information.
Having had a bit of a search and the above is the best I can see. Some of the above will be labelled differently - eg the V (flat) grind looks like a Scandinavian grind, and the compound (double) bevel a Sabre grind.
I'm sure one of our knife making fraternity will soon enough drop in and thoroughly enlighten us

A scandi is a flat grind just only goes up a short way
a saber is also a flat grind goes up half way
and a full flat is a flat grind goes up all the way
all may have a secondary bevel and would be the compound double bevel
most pen knives etc are Full flat with a secondary bevel usually a flat ground bevel
most kitchen knives are Full flat with a Convexed secondary bevel
most Scandinavian hunting user knives are high scandi grind with a micro secondary bevel
Scandinavian carving blades are Scandi ground no secondary bevel
then you can mix and match like my Flandi grind which is a Full flat grind with a thick mini scandi secondary
or a hollow grind to a thick Mini scandi secondary now that's a Handi grind
or as the first picture convex one side and Scandi flat grind the other
