They are rather handsome as it happens, haven't fired one up yet but they get good reviews.

I have had one of these for some time and find it too hot without the fleece pouch! The timings given are realistic too.

Let me (us) know how effective the cedar puck thing is and whether it smells like some fire lighters or not. Might be a useful backup piece of kit.

another + for the hand warmer, i've had one for 2 years or so, great things and easy to use and really really warm.

well worth getting one ( i keep mine in the breast pocket of my shirt under a coat / fly fishing vest and it really makes a big difference )

The hand warmer is really good with the pouch, lasts ages on one fill, mine still works even after slamming it in a range rover door...nice dent...
