Jug, if you're not hurting too badly for money right now, I say keep it.
It's a fine showcase to display the craftsmanship that you are capable of
with no deadline demand hanging over your head.

All I can think of is how large a batch of Sweet & Sour pork rib bits that I can
chop out of a few racks of side ribs with that elegant tool.
