New Dartmoor just arrived.
Difficult to say without the old one to compare it to, but offhand the handle seems perhaps a little harder. It also looks to be somewhat "rougher". Can't swear to that without a comparison though.
Interesting point, it has the same blade number 304/500 as my original knife, but it's not it.
Now have a pleasant few hours to spend with the stones out. :roll:
