Wool flannel shirt?

Does anyone know of brands making wool flannel shirts that still contain the lanolin from the wool (in sufficient amounts to be decently water repelling)?
I would like to try out such a shirt as an outer layer (over t-shirt or wool base layer) for spring and fall activities.
