This is an old canvas bag i picked up this past summer, at a yard sale. Paid a whopping $1 Canadian Dollar.
As you can see in this one, it seems like the leather was burnt, or heated up a lot, but the canvas underneath the shoulder strap attachment isn't hurt or marked at all...
I contacted the company who made it, asking if they would have any info on the bag, how old it is, etc... Nothing yet however.
I'm planning on using this as a model for making my own bag, perhaps slightly longer, so i won't need that pull out portion.
P.S. My first post on this forum! Been reading through a lot of material here, and while not a overly out-doorsie person, i think this is a fantastic forum, and i thoroughly enjoy all the material here.
