Sorry about the rotten www link - and thank you for finding a stove at a sensible price. I am going to buy one because it intrigues me. I don't need one because I've got a perfectly good little folding grill thing that I welded up. No doubt I'll change my mind when the sausages and egg goes all over the Dog

Just been working the money side out. It costs $99 from The USA and that's about £50 complete with the solar charger as well. This includes shipping as well - Bargain!

i ordered one of these earlier in the year and I find it to be a great bit of kit. It seems to produce less smoke and burns for longer than my hobo stove. I have also used it to cook with a wok which worked really well (exept the food was not that great because I can't cook).

yep they can. It will I have used it when the batteries ran out one time.

I think when it was demomstrated he used a gasoline to make it light faster I dont think it is a
necessary part of it

Have you come across the Bushbuddy stove? I am looking to treat myself to one. More expensive than the £35 Woodgas but doesn't need a battery and is lighter.

I don't think that the "Woodgas" actually needs the battery. Its just there as a booster.
