Woodgas camp fire.

Over the last few days I’ve made a woodgas camp fire. This isn’t the first, but it is the biggest I’ve made.


It’s made from two helium gas bottles, the ones from card factory.

I started off with a prototype using thin steel for the inside, this worked a treat and I managed to get hold of a few more bottles so made the inner from a small bottle and outer from the large.

The hole is about 20cm across. And it stands about 18”(ish) tall.

Just measured it..
35cm tall (with the legs)
24cm wide (not including the handle)
