I love watching the Travel Channel (Freeview 42) ones that are on every Mon to Friday that last an hour but were condensed to 30 mins for ITV. Much more informative. The only problem is they keep repeating the same stuff (twice a day) so seen them all.
Really felt "spoiled" a little while ago with all the Bear Grylls, RM and Survivormans (best IMHO) being shown (even though I think BG will end up getting himself or one of his followers killed copying some of his outrageous ideas..in the Scouts book he even has the bow drill spindle upside down????)......Sorry for the threadjack

I tend to agree that the masses want "nature" whale watching type progs more than "this is how to build a log cabin fire" ideas prog sadly
