Still stuck in Nothingtown...
This is one of those questions that I'm sure alot of people here have been asked before, and it can produce some quite interesting replies.

You're having a dinner party for yourself and 4 other people. Which 4 people - they can be absolutely anyone, living or dead, real or fictional - would you invite?

I would invite:

Jeremy Clarkson
Michael Moore
Ray Mears
Robert Kilroy-Silk

Then I'd just sit back and watch it all kick off :D

edited to say: just incase anyone's wondering, I am definately not an admirer of Robert Kilroy-Silk. I just think it'd be fun to put him, Clarkson and Moore in a room together and watch the sparks fly!

But if J couldnt make one of them I would settle for Bob Dylan, Steve Earle, George Thorogood and Socrates.

( sorry about Snakes cheap brandy Switch)

That brandy certainly was potent stuff :D I think there's some of it still banging around my head. Was good of him to bring it though. Although I think it may have gone down better mixed with more coke, less beer and a couple of paracetamol for the morning :lmao:

just my 3 best mates.. haven't been together with us 4 for to long, that would be nice

Too many for 1 dinner party I'm afraid so here's my possibles pouch full of options. .

G.W.Bush
Micheal .Moore
Alex Jones
T.B'Liar
(that's what I'd call sparks flying! the first thing I'd ask Moore is "hows those Halliburton stocks doing?")

Spike Milligan
Douglas Adams
Terry Pratchet
Peter sellers
(just WOW)

Nikola Tesla
A. Einstein
S.Hawking
Dr.Who
(now thatt would be interesting!)

there are more but that should be enough to go on . . .I'll get the wine :D

I'd Invite my Mum, Dad, Grandad and Grandma - I lost all of them before I was 12 years old and 'boy' would I have a lot to talk with them about. :)

If It had to be celebs - Sitting Bull - Grey Owl - Queen Elizabeth 1st and Winston Churchill
I greatly admire them all.
..............Oh and Mylene Klass for after dinner.............instead of the mints. :D :D :D

Great choices.... I might have to get rid of Elvis :buttkick:

I think Hugh Fearnley and Bruce Parry woud be great for a p##s up, be good to have someone strumming some tunes....... Tom Petty and Steve Earle, but just out of total admiration and tale telling Sir Ranulph Fiennes would be at head of the table.

Forget dinner party, just around the camp fire with a few cases of old speckled hen.

For a one off:

Peter Sellers,
Spike Milligan
Paul Whitehouse
Charlie Higson

Then I probably wouldn't be able to eat anything. It'd be the funniest evening of my life though.

If it were regular

My wife
My children,

lucky I get what I want most of the time...

Boudicca
Gruoch
Elizabeth 1
Victoria 1 or Elizabeth 11

:D

Hilaire Belloc
Spike Milligan
Gerald Durrell
Terry Pratchett

:lmao:

William Wallace,
Gilbert Hay,
Andrew Moray
Claverhouse
