Well i need to make myself a woodcarving knife for a course i am on.

So i have ground up the blade and it is ready to go, but i need some help with handle material.

These are the woods which i have narrowed it down to, all "my kinda thing"

So question is which one would you go for?

And what shall i use for bolster?

Thanks for your help,

You are definitely spoiled for choice there. If you want to make things easier for yourself then I don't mind taking some of that wood off your hands, I know, that's a very kind offer, but I'm a helpful kinda guy :)
In my very humble opinion I think the one on the bottom left would be best, it's got a warmth to it (I don't know what that means but it sounds good). I don't think you can beat an antler bolster, they just look right.

P.S. do you mind me asking where you get your wood from?

Well first of all i must say i think they all look great

I think my choice would be for the one on the top right with antler bolster and brass ferrule.

Whichever one you choose i can't wait to see it finished.

I agree with Seany, top right with all the trimmings :D
