Where To Get Alice Pack Shoulder Straps In The UK?

Your best bet is to look for an Alice Pack frame, the straps are always integral to this, should cost you around £20 or so depending where you get em from.
the only place i know that does Just straps is sealsactiongear in canada, they do the "enhanced" versions that are properly padded and shaped.
google is your friend in this respect there's a fair number of placed doing frames

Tactical Tailor in the US modified my Alice Pack - they did a brilliant job, I think they sell upgraded straps.

Deep its a super pack i love mine the 12cm zebra billy can fits perfect in the middle pocket with room on top for more

A cheaper solution for those who are looking for enhanced straps and belts is to simply duct tape foam to your existing parts. Bathroom sponges work well!

Hi there
Not sure where you can get spares in the UK or even Europe.. I got all mine off Ebay from the Sates. Shipping unfortunately costs almost as much as the bits. I can strongly recommend ditching the stock Alice straps and belt and fitting the Molle ll versions. You can get these in woodland cam only. They make a huge difference to the carry of the pack.
