Where do you bushcraft?
Is it the local FC or NT woods? Or is it somewhere else?
Does anyone go anywhere else? seashore, moors etc
Do you get permission or do you just get on with it? Not seen = no problems

:pack:

Me,I now use my wood but I use to go FC woods as there is a couple local.

Savernake Forest in Wiltshire. Also some nice woodland just round the corner from my house.

Most of the time though in my back garden. :) Had some fun yesterday clearing shrubs and having a bonfire in the vegetable patch. And I now have fiive holly staves in the garage.

Best wishes

Bruce

Up to the north of me is the Lost coast wilderness area. I have alot of coastal areas to play at. Out to the east of me is Jackson state forest. Many areas to camp away off the beaten track out there. Often in the summer I head inland and go find swimming holes that have no one there.

I've got a FC forest called kings forest just north of me.
Its largely scots pine but alot of birch, beech, hazel, sweet chestnut, larch, as well as quite a few old oaks.
As for access for bushcraft, I have an "arrangement" with the ranger.(out of sight, out of mind!).
