Brochan lom!,
Tana lom!,
Brochan lom na sùghain!

Porridge thick,
Thin n thick,

An absolute Golden Nugget is this song.

Rip Calum, mind you I thought he'd croaked years ago and not just the other week.

:D:D

Classic Tam!!

My next door neighbour - a die hard bluenose - is called Calum, he wisny happy at knowing his name is an abbreviation of that of a Saint and a detective..

Check out my Uncle, David Cunningham, singing with Jim MacLeod and his band.

David has the deep voice...

In the woods if possible.
... can be all time favourite ...

I'm a music lover, but I don't just "listen to music". I find music distracting while I'm doing anything, I have to either listen, or do things, but not both together.
I'm not a showman, but if I get the choice I'd much rather play than be in the audience.

All time favourites are (in roughly chronological order)
Bach: The '48'
Chopin: Berceuse, E-flat Nocturne and Revolutionary Study
Delibes: Flower Duet
Debussy: Deux Arabesques, Suite Bergamasque
Gershwin: Rhapsody in Blue
Orff: Carmina Burana
Shostakovich: 5th Symphony
The Beatles: Revolver, Double Album (is that cheating?)
Rod Stewart: I Don't Wanna Talk About It
Pink Floyd: The Wall
Abba: The Winner Takes It All

I'm partial to Johnny Cash but I could live without him.

Maybe I'm getting on a bit, but it seems like people stopped writing music around the end of the 20th century.

I enjoyed that Liam.

Old film that ane,bit o' my county toon in it tae.

I thocht ye micht recognise some bits o' the fillum.

Only thing missing was Tom Weir, wi his breeks tucked into his socks, his "baubly" bunnet and his sister Molly doing an advert for "Flash" on black and white squared floors.

Cheers,

Liam
