Rice, spam and packet soup are my favourites, I usually cooked more rice than usual for dinner and mixed the leftover rice with soup the next day makes a yummy and quick dish.
Im rather partial to the odd Pot Noodle at the moment, tinned sardines,some bread , eggs,beef jerky or boil in the bag stuff if i can get it. Next time i go out im going for the full english breakfast in the morning.
