Some context for the sign would be useful, i.e. a photo of the setting / environment in which the closeup was taken.

Initial thoughts are a mash of a canine or feline paw and something man-made, a shoe of some sort, or a tyre. The sign consists of some sand/soil material (perhaps poo?) that has been transferred from elsewhere on to a solid substrate of some sort before the sign was made (perhaps as test?). There appears to be some staining of the substrate around the sign, possibly moisture from the sand/soil/poo material.

Just say what you see - don't over think it. No -one is judging .

So OK, here's what happened. Someone had swept up some sand or sandy soil, leaves & seeds into a small pile on a concrete floor (garage ?) with the intention of using a dustpan & brush to get rid of it but they procrastinated & left it & of course, it was walked on by both human (probably a kid) & dog.
Happens all the time.

But ( as you seem to want to be antagonistic in a simple training exercise... ) you didn't mention or spot the 2nd set of Human shoe foot prints....

And THAT often happens all the time...
