Apparently everyone on Earth has had this except me.
Sung by a group of very strong women around a fire in the dark it is magical even if I do feel a bit excluded

Ry Cooder's Paris, Texas is probably one of my top ten favourite albums, not listened to it for a while so might have to dig it out and give it a play this afternoon while I'm slicing and vac packing my newly cured and smoked bacon.
and a fantastic film. I went there when I hitch hiked across the states. There is a replica of the Eiffel tower there with a cowboy hat on the top of it. x

So, the week before last the director of a company I'm subcontracting for (through another company) taised a complaint that my workmate amd I were insufficiently cheerful.
In an effort to increase our happiness quota I compiled a playlist for my site MP3 player.

Bring me Sunshine - Morecambe and Wise.
Don't Worry, Be Happy - Bobby McFerrine.

Driving to work today listening to Beethoven's 7th while following a new generation Morgan 3-wheeler. The music and the car went together well and it was nice to see all the people, young and old, turn their heads and smile to themselves as they watch the car drive by.

I've been listening to Gwendolyn Christie (Brienne of Tarth) and Sleaford Mods, a brilliant oddity of music. Can't link as it's sweary.

Mimi dog has Beethoven sonatas playing quite loud due to fireworks. It'll be the same tomorrow, she's having Billy Strings tomorrow as there's only so much Beethoven I can handle.:D
