weekend paddling on Loch Chon

Had a nice weekend wild camping and canoeing up at Loch Chon with a few of the guys, i had got myself a Gopro Hero 2 camera that fits onto the boat, so thought i would make a couple of wee films, the first one is just a wee vid of paddling on the loch and the second one is an instructional video of doing the Capistrano flip ( Canoe solo self rescue), i hadnt a clue how to edit a video on the Capistrano video but had great fun playing around on the paddling one. hope you enjoy watching

Thats cause you dont need to worry about capsizing Rich lol where as when you have my paddling skills its best to learn these things

Ha i like your style, no calling it capsizing, just merely going for a leisurely swim lol, Capsized (sorry, went for a wee swim) a few years ago and decided i was going to master the capistrano flip, took ages to figure it out, cause there was hardly any on line vids of it at the time, just lots of people telling you how to do it, but i couldnt actually find anyone succeeding with it, so thought i would make my own one. Might redo the video now i know how to edit them, i felt the bailing out section went on too long and was a bit boring.
