You’ve probably discovered that you can buy them for £13 each!!!
(considerably over length @ 64cm.) A hacksaw will solve that but you’d be cutting off £4.50 from each one.
If you can’t find 9.5mm Aluminium pole sections you can probably use carbon fibre ones while you look.
40cm x 9.5 won’t be very flexible and are very readily available anywhere complete with ferrules (sockets). The folk who salvaged your rescue tent probably have a million of them.
Even if you didn’t want them as a permanent fix (I’ve used far more bizarre solutions for many years.) they’d give you a breathing space.
You never stated which model you have as they take different poles.

I replaced my tent pole on my Highlander Jura with aftermarket poles (an upgrade for fibre glass) with a similar hooped profile and have had no issues (and tent now weight 0.5kg lighter).
I simply looked for a set of poles with correct overall length and diameter. i.e. for Sabre 200 main pole
