#1 CHALLENGE For The Weekend ( Or #1CFTW ) Or #1 Just for Fun Challenge ( #1JFFC )

This may become a semi-irregular challenge ( If I can think them up ) - but over the weekend can you demonstrate/prove to yourself ( No need to post photos or videos unless you want too of you doing it or having done it - its purely for self awareness. ) that you can :-

#1CFTW - Highest Tier :- Tie a One handed Bowline around yourself with your eyes shut / blindfolded.
Non Dominate hand
No refresher - Demonstrate Cold 1st time.

RHODIUM STAR
- Tying it One handed with your non dominant arm/hand , with eyes shut/blindfolded/at night , without prior looking up how you Tie a bowline - Execute 1st time without practice

PALLADIUM STAR Tying it One handed , with eyes shut/blindfolded/at night , without prior looking up how you Tie a bowline - Execute 1st time without practice

GOLD STAR Tying it One handed , with eyes open , without prior looking up how you tie a Bowline ( Multiple attempts allowed )

RUTHENIUM STAR Tying it One handed , with eyes open , with looking up how you tie a Bowline ( Multiple attempts allowed )

IRIDIUM STAR Tying it Two handed handed , with eyes open , with looking up how you tie a Bowline ( Multiple attempts allowed )

You can either post what you did or not - its all about having a bit of an accountable lesson in what we know/don't know , demonstrating mastery or not and just something to do if you want over the long weekend.

( If anyone wants to carry on creating these structured random challenges please feel free to do so ! )

Did it!
Meggle a meggle a meggle heh heh heh! (ref - Whacky Races)

I think a lot of old scouts will manage that.

If I remember correctly, tying a bowline with a busted arm was one of the Pioneer badge tasks.

I could probably do it two handed, with eyes closed without needing to look up how to tie a bowline first.

One handed though? Now that would be a step too far for me. It would look funny though if some one walked in halfway through and I had to explain what I was doing. :D

In case its not clear - the whole One arm , non dominant , eyes shut is obvs to replicate the worst case situation where one may have to tie a Bowline - at night , broken arm , on a cliff face.
