so im looking on ebay for nikwax waterproofing for a full grain leather hat, leather gloves, and danner rough out boots (which has a sort of rough leather upper with vents on the side as they are desert boots)on ebay there are various sprays for boots, gloves, hats.. but in their descriptions i see no real difference other than the labels, for the most part. some are sprays, some are sponge on... the only difference i notice is the price. exampleshttp://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110788728963?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120489364182?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649ideas?

Nikwax Aqueous wax is the one I'd go for out of all of them for leather (not nubuck or suede though), and is what I nearly only ever use now.

It likes being applied to wet/damp leather and so solves a lot of hassle with drying.
