Hi All,
Last night as part of our Venture Scout group we decided that we should take in a little culture so we decided on a play.
This what we went to see (currently showing in the Andrews Lane Theatre Dublin until the 27th) and it was absolutly amazing. The guy has so much energy and the entire history of events that seem so unbelievable in the books and like becomes so real and alive.
Two hours Tom Crean stands in front of you telling like it was being part of three of the most well known adventures of the 20th Century. It's not only that he was there 3 times one more then both Scott and Shakleton but it puts a real human voice to the story.
He tours with the play so if you find its on close by and you haven't seen it make a point of it you won't be disappointed but will certainly regret missing it. I am of too the South Pole myself soon the Inn that is
James
