Thanks samon. Its gonna be micarta handle as i have some spare and because ive never done this before i dont mind wrecking it. Ill try antler on the next one

Few more pics. Nearly there. Needs a sharpen and a bit more sanding on the handle. Ive gun blued the blade but im not to sure if i like it or not

no lock i can see... legal uk carry?

thats one close edge you have... the pic of it open from behind looks like a full tang non folder

On the bluing of the blade, I don't like it. With the micarta, it looks a bit too much. I think a plain blade would balance it better. Just my opinion.

Great work on the knife though. I definitely admiring your skills.

Really liking it mate, and that back spring-to blade connection is perfectly flush! Very skilled hand indeed, I reckon it'll look brilliant when done. Although the blueing isn't my thing, I do think it's alright.

How about a pass around once you're settled in and know how you're gona turn out the next few?

Plain blade, mirror finish or completely black. But like you I'm not keen on the bluing. I think black would work very well.
