if they produce a thing that i can just throw in my fire and get electricity from it then i'd be interested, but the stove as it stands just looks a little to complex for me, something's bound to break down before too long.

An expensive gimmick IMO. I can't really see the market for it in the third world type scenarios the video shows it in either. I'd have thought that the money would be better spent in other ways.
