Trek Direct contact

Again, having troubles contacting a company.


I have tried several times to contact Trek Direct on their number regarding an order i have placed with them, but it is always engaged. Has anyone else had this problem?

I read elsewhere of a similar problem and trek direct have apparently been having problems with their phone lines. This other person managed to get his order sorted via email though if that helps.

Scott you have hit the nail on the head with that one.

The front page of thier site says pretty much exactly the same thing that "BT are messing us about with our phones, but our e-mail still works".

I sent Fallow way a PM a while ago about it
