yes i have read it. i wasn't overly impressed. there are alot of books i would want in my bushcraft skills library before i got round to buying this again. i gave both my tom brown books away.

I didn't think it was up to much.
Bushcraft by Mors Kochanski is a much better bushcraft primer.

Try Bob Carrs for tracking, I thought it was quite a good book. He is ex SAS so there are a few anecdotes in there, but it is well thought out and there are a few good games to play in an effort to strengthen your memory aswell. I'm sure I did a write up on it a while back.
