I have just handed in six weeks notice to my current employer (I'm on leave until then) and my new employer is the Australian Railroad Group.
I will be working 12 hour shifts, 6 til 6. Two day shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off.
For double the money I'm on now, nowhere near the stress also.
four day weekend every weekend. I can see I'm going to be able to improve my skills incredibly as well as get a bit of fishing done and just general pottering about the house like I should.
I guess I'll have to stop lurking here and start participating a bit more, learn some stuff and go out and do it.
