I don't see anything wrong with that, its not like alchohol is illegal or not part of our cultural heritage, I remember when I was a kid in the scouts the adults were around the camp fire having a few beers or the odd glass of wine round the campfire after they'd packed us off to our sleeping bags.

seriously though of all the things I'd have a pop at with Mr Grylls it wouldnt be for corrupting the youth by turning them all into alchoholics.

And as for Mears he couldnt if he wanted too. Advertising tobaco is illegal.
