Me too. Going up on Thursday lateish. Just got to raise a bit of moolah first... Lots of shiny things to buy!

i wanted to go on the thursday but need to drop the nipper off in nursery first ill be there about 10-11ish on the friday just hope there is pitching space left then lol

i'll be heading up on thurs with dryad bushcraft. forecast is bbq weather! love the moot,love the gathering, now there's another show to go to.

I've been told I can't get on site 'til 6pm. Very tiresome as I hoped for an early pitch and a leisurely evening.

cause im in the market for one of those nesting aluminium billy can sets

Yeah I'm doing a stall. I'll probably have a few of those sets in the trailer but to be honest the actual set up of the stand will be a mystery to me until we start putting it together on Thursday night.

I am getting paronoid that I have missed something off of the list I have been making for the last three days!
This will be my longest camp I think I have ever done!
If you see a guy sitting around with an A4 sized hip flask that will be me come say hello....

JP and I will be at the Woodlife Trails stand. We'll be doing daily demos for kids (stalking, tracking and natural camo), another daily demo for adults (tracking and getting closer to wildlife) and I've been told I'm doing a talk. Apart from that, we're not doing much (!) so come to the stand and say hello. The Woodlife Makers Guild will be next door to us showing off some of their amazing craft stuff.

I'm going, as are the kids and my wife. Friday night until Sunday when I get dragged away Didn't know about the Scouts discount though!

I just got a mail saying that the axe forging specialist from GB is poorly sick and there will be no axes forged.
I've been offered another tutored session instead.Anyone else heard this?

Plastic ninja, which day did you have it booked for? I am wondering if it is for a certain day???

Check the website timetable.Axe-making has completely disappeared.
They have offered knife-forging instead so I guess I'm doing that.
It was booked for Sunday.
