Ok all nick has given me allowed me to tell you good people about the new hammock as well as the as well as the 3 velcro patches between the two layers to stop a thermarest mat slipping and the 2 small pockets(one at each end)..
But the new feature of the Hammock instead of the nylon, the bottom of the Hammock is made from the same material as the Tarp so the Hammock can be set up on the ground (like a basic bivi bag) in the event that there aren't any trees. This should allow people to take the Hammock to new places, knowing they can still use it on wet ground if they have to.

i had a great time got wet at the beginging and in the middle. drove over a large part of england. Fired enough blank rounds and lobbed enough smoke grenades to start a blank war anywhere in the world.
we still had loads of ammo left at the end and flares and over stuff.so we had a bit of fun in the evening and it was new years eve all over again.....great fun

as for the guys and guyesses..it depends what i'm telling them to do for what name i'm going to call them.

Glad you enjoyed yourself matey. There seems to be more investment in training now. I once went on a 4 week exercise with 4 rounds, no BFA and I was the LMG gunner! In 8 years I only ever threw ONE smoke. Strangely, Shermuly's were fairly abundant with the old two charges in one tube for direct fire on trench attacks!!
