I'm really not a fan, although proper sheesh kabab is fantastic, nice big chunks of meat.i used to make those for a living toddy, there's more meat in your braised tofu than there is in one of those things!
when they say 100% lamb they're not lying, just twisting the truth a little, they contain 100% of the lamb (mutton, goat, fly tray, let's not split hairs) eyes, intestines, fleece, bone marrow, excrement, the whole lot, literally 100% of the lamb.
all that said, they do taste good!
