Terra nova Laser competion 1 & Wild Country Zephyros 1

Hi all

Does anybody know if the Terra nova Laser competion 1 & Wild Country Zephyros 1 can use the same tent footprint/groundsheet?

I ask as there is a small price difference between the two

I would have thought so as the the wild country tent is slightly bigger i cant see why it should nt unless anyone knows any better. I cant afford the laser comp so im hoping my next tent will be the zephyros1 and from reading forums there pretty much identical apart from weight it maybe the ground sheets are different weights hence price difference?

i have read somewhere that the wild country is slightly bigger, so i'd be guessing that the ground sheet may be slightly oversized, but i do not know by personel experience.

just seen spring field camping selling the laser 1 for £198.99 ?

i have the zephros 2 and its quite small the 1 must be tiny, good tent though, i would think the footprint will fit im getting the laser comp 2 footprint for mine i use a poncho for now, unsponsered could prob make you one cheaper and i think hes local. the zephros one is 99 from field and trek the two is 129 pounds
