Tapatalk App issue

Howdy. Been away a while. Only to come back and find out that the tapatalk app won't work? Something about an add-on feature? I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app but to no avail.... any ideas anyone?

I have been having the same issue for a while. Tried reinstall, clear cache etc. Still no change.
I asked about it in the site bugs section but is seemingly ok on the server end.

Weirdly Tapatalk is still getting notifications through though...
