Swanndri Ranger sizing advice

Hello

Thinking about getting myself a swanni.

Im 5'11 skinny build about 10-11 stone 39'' chest, anyone similar size care to suggest a size?

Are they prone to shrinking, should i bear that in mind when choosing?

Ive read a bit about people saying quality has dropped has anyone bought one recently that can comment on this?

I'm 5' 11" with a chest size of 42” and used to wear a Swanndri ranger in what they described as 'large'. I could wear a t-shirt or woolpower shirt underneath that.

I don't know about falling quality and mine never shrank.

Edited to add:

I stopped wearing the Swannie after I purchased a Bison Guide shirt. It only buttons half way and has grandfather collar, if you are happy with that then they are far superior shirts (IMHO).

Cant advise on the size for you but its the best wool shirt around still. Wear mine as much as possible

My NZ one is large and fantastic quality it shrank a small amount during the first wash. My Chinese one didnt shrink but the thickness and general quality isnt a patch on the original. It too large for me really and im a 42" chest and about 6'.
