Sundance Jerky

I was a bit .....tired....last night when preparing the jerky marinade.

It was one of those "is that enough chilli....? Best add some more" moments

Dried it today......Wow there were some big lumps of beef there.....note to self....never slice beef up for jerky when,,,,tired

I've christened it "Sundance" as the effect reminds me of the phrase

"Reckon you used enough dymaite there Butch?"


Thats 5lb of beef that will be eaten.....gradually....

Well Louis can give you an opinion as I off loaded a bag on him today (only fair after he bought the green beer.....)

Its edible...but your sinuses are very clear after a couple of sticks
