Suffolk Bushcraft Group

  • Come along to the amazing Summer Moot (21st July - 2nd August), a festival of bushcrafting and camping in a beautiful woodland PLEASE CLICK HERE for more information.
Saw a lovely looking bow called the Dragon at the last shoot, don't need anymore bows but it was a nice fast shooter. Looked primitive, bushy but was glass and wood.

They did it first, and we took on there idea!!

Depends on what part you meen they did first.....
If its the cooking in a Stack of Do's .... Na its done all the times thats the idea of the legs...
If its the Turkey in a Dustbin.... Na they pinched it from others, I've seen it done in the past
If it having the Christams meal... thats been happening for years

I think its the way we did it what with the Menu being Main, Pudding and Chesee, Tables, Seats, Crakers, Tree, and the Coloured flame fire I think we have Coined the Experiance and for 16 People as well :)

Oh yeah and for the leat Carbon friendly Bird - how far it travled from farm to Plate - reared about 800m's from where it was cooked :) :)

And the methods of cooking - Dustbin, Open Fire, Frontier Stove, Clayoven and Stack of DO's....

Think we achived a lot :), lol

We just got to better it next year.. :)
