Mine bled like a pig in an abbotoir, I did manage to sever the nerve and artery though. I had 4 real stitches in mine. Two weeks on its fine(ish) I just have no feeling on one side of my finger.
Stupid mistake,but at least my sharpening skills are better!

I keep threatening to start a thread of oops and their resultant scars, among the bushcrafting community. Like the sig line one member uses about being used as a terrible example if one can't be used as a standard to emulate, kind of thing.
Glad it's on the mend; bushwacker bob, did they not try to repair the nerve and tendon ? or have they just decided that you'll just have to live with it ?

Yep seems to be healing fine,just to slow for my liking,theres things i want to be doing that i cant.
