The rain held off but, boy did the wind nip across the area. That would help everyone later when using the firebow

Saturday morning was meant to start with a Mountain man Breakfast, but I didn't bring nearly enough eggs ( 10 into a 12" DO is nowhere near) so an " all in one mess" topped with cheese was cooked instead:

To burn that lot off some wood chopping was required:

Then on to the evening meal:

Yep, the good old standby of full Lamb Roast in the Dutch Oven.

Thanks again to Stu for the shoulder of Lamb.

Addo arrived Saturday evening and managed to take four people through the Firebow:

Three out of four became Fire Gods, with Chris getting smoke....a great result, thanks Addo for your time and kit.

I've made a new mallet to use with the froe - I know, I shouldn't give them away (won't with this one ). Oak and weighs 16 lbs :yikes:
