anyone thought about makign this? i make loads of blackberry brandy every year because i love the stuff this year i figured i'd have a bash at spicing one up bit of orange zest, cinnamon the whole caboodle
the recipes say about 500 grams per litre of brandy but i just bung loads into a demijohn until its a third to a half full pour a load of sugar in about 250 grams or so for now then put 2 bottles of cheap brandy in it with half a bottle of vodka. add sugar to taste as it matures
