Sometimes a picture explains things perfectly. or does it?

i saw this picture from

http://dailys h i t e.com/2010/03/wheres-the-rabbit/

(the adress was censored so just delete the spaces in the domain name)
and i thought, was there really ever a rabbit?

i think it just doesnt look like the typical rabbit prints. i suppose it could be prints from a really mellow rabbit just walking about and not seeing the bird coming straight at it , and then swooping it off the ground without bothering to kill it right away

i guess its kinda hard to see from this picture but to me it just looks like the print of a bird landing and hopping away

but im not too sure so i thought id hear what you have to say about it, perhaps someone who knows better can explain what i dont understand :)

I've seen something similar but with a vole and kestrel. There were more wing marks from the kestrel taking off and the voles body print, but apart from that, very little sign and quite clean. The deer print to the right is interesting too as it looks like it either walked right into the tree, or materialised out of it.
