It's basic but functional mate and yes I went for purple to match the trim and hopefully be easy to find either in my black bag or if I put it down somewhere.
Just a tip.
Put a buckle in the chest strap of your harness and it becomes a lot easier to take on and off around your hood.

Anyone got a small 10mm webbing buckle in pink? I mean purple.

Mine was based on the same source and I guess they lacked a simple buckle that would be useable with gloves.

I have used a silicone cake tray from morrisons for a stove jack it cost about $3 and I have tryed it and it looks ok but to be safe I am useing the jack welchy made for me to rap the pipe
I will hang heat reflective fabric from wire to help keep it safe and get the heat bouncing back.

...Thanks ozzy ther are a lot about now I see, but not all are heat resistant so its worth testing them
...I got the hat and no thay are not Dachstein
... but thay are ok for bushcraft in the uk for 3.99 ...so thanks TwodogsTher not bad mate but not that warm so only good for working in and that tipe of thing.
