both live in the car

Don't carry much else as it is a Land Rover with Grizzly claw tires- it doesn't get stuck. If road is blocked by traffic take the verge!

A tow rope, so when a friendly 4x4 comes along he can get you out of trouble. Last year on a hill just outside of Bedford going towards Ampthill a nasty 4x4 owner was charging £10 a go to pull peoples cars up to the top, I hope someone reported him to the Tax man. In addition to warm clothing, boots etc.I would also add a reflective jacket and a torch in case you had to walk out.
