Slow forum today or just me.

Is anyone else having problems around the forum today, not sure if its just my systme though,Taking along time to post, not posting of quick replys sometimes, every now and then i get a no connection warning, when moving between threads, i've played around on other sites and havn't noticed the same issues, any thoughts guys.
